Looking for an Abstractor?

An Abstractor is someone who, through the Office of the Clerk of Court, Researches a Properties Chain Of Title. Julie Anderson is the Best I Know. She has been abstracting for over 20 years and has testified in court cases involving title problems here in St Tammany Parish. Her contact number is 985-630-8343 and feel free to use my name. She can be very helpful in researching titles to foreclosures and tax liens, as well as anything else more specific that might come up. She charges $75.00 to pull the chain of title, however, you will then have to bring it to a title attorney to have him review it. His fees should be around $100.00.
